New York in French is a community platform designed for people interested in getting to know the diversity of French-speakers in New York.

A collaborative platform

New York in French is a part of CALEC’s programs and was created in 2009. Its 12,000 members use it to keep tabs on New York’s cultural and educational events, but also to connect with each other.

Members posts their own articles, discussion, upcoming events, and more. There is always something new to read about.

Resources for the family

New York in French provides information on French-speaking and multilingual education in New-York, ranging from schools to after-school programs.

Language Learning

New York in French promotes various language learning tools in order to help members learn French, English, German, and Spanish.

There are multiple resources available for educators. And teachers can also share their experience or resources with each other.
